1. Shipping Policy

a. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

b. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days for delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

c. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may apply on specific orders or promotions.

  • Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before finalizing your order.

d. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it through the courier’s official website using your tracking number.
If you have trouble tracking your parcel, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.

e. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-returnable.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

b. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm the exchange or refund.

Note:

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

c. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide photos or videos as proof for verification.

  • After confirmation, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.

d. Refund Timeline

  • Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of payment errors or duplicate payments, a full refund will be issued.

4. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and are not considered defects.

  • For smooth processing, please retain your packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
