Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it through the courier’s official website using your tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-returnable.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm the exchange or refund.
Note:
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide photos or videos as proof for verification.
After confirmation, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
In case of payment errors or duplicate payments, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and are not considered defects.
For smooth processing, please retain your packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
