We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product should not be part of a clearance, sale, or discounted item, as such products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products purchased during sale or discount offers
Custom or personalized items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use
Accessories, undergarments, or hygiene-related items
If you wish to return or exchange an item:
Contact us at support@aacollectionspk.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, you’ll be required to send the item back to our provided address via courier.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will confirm your refund, replacement, or store credit.
Note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed:
Online payments: Credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping costs) once verified.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In case of payment failure or duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued to the original method.
